Join Rabbi Eve and the women of CNS to explore the central themes of Passover from a personal perspective. Through art, written word, and conversation we’ll use our own experiences to delve into the themes of liberation, freedom and progress. Torah Troop for 3rd-5th Graders
1st and 3rd Shabbat every month at 10:00am
Torah Troop allows families at Congregation Neveh Shalom to move into the main sanctuary while still enjoying youth-oriented activity. At 10:00am, families meet in the main service. After the beginning Torah service, youth join their friends for a lesson on the Torah portion (parsha) of the week with adult leaders, and come back to help lead the Adon Olam at the end of the service.
As always, we end with our community for lunch!

Delve into biblical and midrashic text, (Hebrew and English text available) with a group of other women to find meaning from our traditions that relate to our lives. CNS Family Shabbat Experience at Camp Solomon Schechter
Friday-Sunday, April 24-26, 2020
Families with children ages 0-3rd grade join together for a fantastic weekend at Camp Solomon Schechter. Together we’ll celebrate Shabbat with family friendly services, activities and games. Adults will have time to relax as well. Located on the beautiful grounds of Camp Solomon Schechter in Olympia, WA we’ll enjoy the natural surroundings throughout Shabbat.
Pricing includes: shared cabin, Friday dinner, three meals and two snacks on Saturday and a Sunday brunch.
CNS Members & Foundation School Families: Adults: $150 each; Children 5-11: $100/child; Children 2-4: $45/child. Kids under 2: FREE; Max per family: $500.
Non-Members: Adults: $180 each; Children 5-11: $120/child; Children 2-4: $60/child.
Kids under 2: FREE; Max per family: $600.
