This summer, P’nai Or is taking it outside! Please join us at 6 pm on Friday, Aug 24 at Wilshire Park (NE 33rd & Skidmore) picnic area for a very joyful, very musical Kabbalat Shabbat with Bruce Morris and friends. We’ll start with a bring-your-own-picnic at 6 pm, then the service will start around 6:30. We will also offer our Community Food Program distribution prior to the service. See you there!
20s – 30s Cosmic Havdalah
Join us for Havdalah on the mountain! Meet at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl for Havdalah and then hit the slopes for Cosmic Tubing. Carpooling arrangements will be made prior to the event.
Cost: $30, includes rental gear and snacks.

JAM Art Show + Sale
March is Jewish Arts Month but the show starts in late February! Enjoy a rotating exhibit in the MJCC lobby. Members of ORA: Northwest Jewish Artists will answer questions, accept commissions, and sell their art. A portion of the proceeds benefits the MJCC.
Join us for a FREE fun and exciting evening with ORA’s talented artists. Be the first to preview and purchase the artists’ new and affordable art, including photography, fabric, fused glass, jewelry, paintings, pencil drawings, pottery, wood, sculpture, quilts and more. Refreshments will be available.
You can purchase art before the main event on Sunday the 3rd.
