What does it mean to remember the Holocaust in the 21st century, particularly after Brexit? Join Brad Cloepfil and Lisa Strausfeld of Allied Works Architecture in a conversation about the UK Holocaust Memorial Design Competition. Allied Works Architecture is one of the ten finalists for this venue, with the winner to be decided in the summer of 2017.This conversation will be co-facilitated by April Slabosheski of the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education and Professor Clive Knights of the Portland State University School of Architecture. Co-sponsored by the School of Architecture and the Harold Schnitzer Family Program in Judaic Studies at Portland State University. Presented as part of Design Week Portland.
