As calls for a ceasefire mount in the conflict in Israel and Gaza, Oregon state representatives are making it clear that they support Israel and stand against the genocidal terrorist group Hamas.
Representatives Shelly Boshart Davis (R, Albany), Cyrus Javadi (R, Tillamook), and Boomer Wright (R, Florence) issued the following statement:
“After meeting with the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland, we affirm our strong support for Israel and Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas, a genocidal terrorist organization that perpetrated a horrific attack resulting in the murder of more than 1,200 Israelis and abduction of over 240.
