This summer, P’nai Or is taking it outside! Please join us at 6 pm on Friday, Aug 24 at Wilshire Park (NE 33rd & Skidmore) picnic area for a very joyful, very musical Kabbalat Shabbat with Bruce Morris and friends. We’ll start with a bring-your-own-picnic at 6 pm, then the service will start around 6:30. We will also offer our Community Food Program distribution prior to the service. See you there!
This Sunday the route is the Green Loop of Downtown and Central Inner Eastside and goes right by OJMCHE. Come visit the museum, which will be tabling in the North Park Blocks with the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland and Mittleman Jewish Community Center. Stop by and say hi! CNS Family Shabbat Experience at Camp Solomon Schechter
Friday-Sunday, April 24-26, 2020
Families with children ages 0-3rd grade join together for a fantastic weekend at Camp Solomon Schechter. Together we’ll celebrate Shabbat with family friendly services, activities and games. Adults will have time to relax as well. Located on the beautiful grounds of Camp Solomon Schechter in Olympia, WA we’ll enjoy the natural surroundings throughout Shabbat.
Pricing includes: shared cabin, Friday dinner, three meals and two snacks on Saturday and a Sunday brunch.
CNS Members & Foundation School Families: Adults: $150 each; Children 5-11: $100/child; Children 2-4: $45/child. Kids under 2: FREE; Max per family: $500.
Non-Members: Adults: $180 each; Children 5-11: $120/child; Children 2-4: $60/child.
