Rabbi David Zaslow, spiritual leader of the Havurah synagogue, will teach a unique, accessible, and transformative method for Kabbalistic Meditation. FAMILY CAMP
Enjoy the weekend of May 13-15, 2016 at B’nai B’rith Camp on the Oregon coast with your family. Activities include a fun-filled Shabbat celebration, arts & crafts, athletics, canoeing, swimming and much more. Includes 6 meals, 2 nights’ stay and great activities. Join us for our final Kabbalat Shabbat dinner and service of the year on Friday, May 13. In addition to the usual tasty food, great company, and inspiring music of our Kabbalat Shabbat celebrations, we’ll also celebrate our high school graduates on May 13. Rabbi Joey, Music Coordinator Ilene Safyan, and other talented Havurah musicians will lead the service.
The vegetarian dinner begins at 6:30 pm, followed by the service at 7:30 pm. We offer dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free choices, and you’re invited to bring wine or juice to celebrate Shabbat. RSVP at https://www.havurahshalom.org/event/kabbalat-shabbat-dinner.html the dinner by Monday, May 9.
