Small group discussion will focus on how aging affects us and how we can make this time of our lives more meaningful and more positive.
Participants will need to read the book Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience and Spirit by Rabbi Rachel Cowan & Dr. Linda Thal (not included in the registration fee). This program is made possible through the generosity of Jewish Family and Children’s Services and the Holzman Foundation.
