Krav Maga – Beginners
An introduction to Krav Maga taught by an IDF veteran. This class will focus on building a strong foundation of technical skill, conditioning, and situational awareness. The course moves quickly and expectations are that students will be available to attend the majority of classes and are physically capable to fully participate.

Krav Maga – Intermediate
For those who have completed the beginners Krav Maga class or already have a strong foundation of martial arts and self defense. This class will continue to build upon the foundation provided in the beginners course, moving into complex defenses and holds, situational testing, and a higher level of conditioning.
