Please join Congregation Shaarie Torah for a special Shabbat morning service. At this service, we will include new melodies, explore the service with some reflections on the prayers themselves, and chant according to the Triennial cycle of Torah readings. It will be a mix of the beautiful and familiar traditional Shabbat morning service and new ideas and energy. This service meets in the Chapel downstairs on the third Saturday of the month.

Yoga is an amazing way to get in touch with and strengthen your body, and calm your mind. We are offering Yoga classes at TBS on Saturday mornings. With the help of Zohra Campbell, Owner of Indigo Wellness Center here in Salem, we will offer two levels of Yoga, concurrent with Saturday morning services … its a YOGA MINYAN! One level will be gentle yoga and the other more strenuous. This six-week package is $60 and can be paid at the office. Drop-ins are welcome and costs $12 per class.
Come share laughter, lights, and a variety of latkes. Bring a vegetarian potluck dish to share. Come early at 2:00 for latke making. We will have an open mic, where you are invited to share a good Jewish story, joke, or anything else wonderful about life. Be sure to bring your menorah and let’s shine the lights of Hanukkah as brightly as we can.
