Rabbi Yoel Glick, author of ‘Living the Life of Jewish Meditation: A Comprehensive Guide to Practice and Experience,’ will join Shir Tikvah to share his experience of meditation as a way of life.

This presentation will highlight some of the tools from the six-week Powerful Tools for Caregivers program. This interactive workshop will identify signs and sources of stress, relaxation tools, stress reducers and how to create an action plan. The PTC program is an evidence-based education program designed to give family caregivers skills to practice self-care while caring for others.
