From Political Enmity to Ecological Cooperation: The Israeli-Jordanian Biodiversity Study

Join us for a special presentation by Dr. Uri Shanas, one of Israel’s foremost environmental advocates.  He will talk about the collaborative work between Israeli scientists from Arava Institute for Environmental Studies and Jordanian colleagues around biodiversity issues in the region and explore ways in which former enemies work to bridge the cultural divide.
